Aluminum, Brass & Bronze Castings

Bergstrom Foundry, Inc. has been providing manufacturers, industry and government with green sand, pep set and shell mold castings in aluminum, brass, and bronze for over fifty years. We currently run a 250 kW Induction furnace with a 150-lb dbl lift swing and 1500-lb box tilt as well as a Thermtronix 900-pound gas fired dipout for our Aluminum at our 15,000 square foot facility located in Aberdeen, Washington. Combine this plant together with our skilled workforce and we can cast your parts whether they are an ounce or six hundred fifty pounds. 

We provide patterning, rapid prototyping, heat-treating, machining and powder coating. We can work closely with your engineering staff to assist them in resolving small issues before they become large stumbling blocks. We can take your tried and true design & pattern, cost the job, cast it, box it and ship you the lot back so you can carry on with whatever it is you do.
